There’s an old proverb “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy” and even though it dates back to at least the 17th century it’s as relevant today as ever.

Danyil Parsadanyan is in the final semester of his Bachelor’s degree at Glion, and he’s made the most of the developmental opportunities on offer, from becoming a Student Ambassador to joining the WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) course.

So who better to ask about the importance of balancing academic study with activities outside the classroom that enable us to grow and develop as well-rounded individuals?
