Hotel Real Estate Investment Strategy
The Real Estate Challenge will mobilize your in-class learning and allow you to discover what will be expected of you as an industry professional.
Your challenge is to screen and conduct the due diligence on a selection of real-life hotel and real estate assets. You will then design asset-level strategies to reach investors’ objectives, and structure the portfolio into a fund, for which you must write the prospectus.
The project will culminate in a final presentation to an investment committee comprised of industry professionals.
